Before covid-19 came to Morocco as well as the lock down executed, we were pro-active to tackle digital safety activities, starting with our students and youth who benefit from our activities. Thanks to the support of our partner, we were able to expand our ideas in promoting the digital safety activities within schools for teachers, students, and school administrators, as well as civil society actors.
As technology advances, digital devices have invaded our societies and became a huge part of our lives especially with the use of communication platforms. Our lives are no longer defined by what’s happening in real life but also by what happens in the online world, with that being said. Many problems have accrued while using these platforms. Such as digital crimes which resulted in producing new laws and policies that structure the usage of the internet in order to protect the users’ private lives.
